Questions
What happens when I go over my click allowance?
Your links keep redirecting, always. Clicks above the allowance are still counted in totals, but detailed analytics are sampled (about 1 in 100 clicks is recorded in full) until your next billing month. We warn you at 80% and 100%.
What happens when I reach the new-link limit?
Creating new links pauses until the next month or until you upgrade. Every existing link keeps working, and you can still edit them.
Will I ever get an overage charge?
No. There are no usage-based charges on any plan, and we never move you to a higher plan automatically.
Are link edits limited?
No. You can change a link's destination, slug, tags and settings as often as you like on every plan.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free: Pro is $120 a year, Team $390 and Scale $1,290. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing page.
Do you charge per seat?
Free has one member and Pro has three. Team and Scale include unlimited members at the same price.
Why is there no custom domain on Free?
Custom domains cost us money per domain and attract abuse when they are free. Pro includes three, and every plan can use our short domain, link-staging.funnelkit.com.
Can I sign up today?
We are in a private beta and signup is invite-only. Request early access and we will send an invite.
