Terms of service

Last updated: 6 October 2026.

The service

FunnelKit Shortener ("the service") is operated by FunnelKit. It lets you create short links that redirect to destinations you choose, and shows analytics about clicks on them. During the private beta, access is by invitation only and features may change.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your workspace members and anything done with your API keys. Keep keys secret and revoke any key you think has leaked.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to link to or distribute:

  • phishing, malware, or other attempts to steal credentials or money;
  • spam, including unsolicited bulk messages;
  • content that is illegal where you or your visitors are;
  • links that hide the destination of another shortener or redirector.

Every destination is scanned. We may disable any link or suspend any workspace that breaks these rules, without notice. Report abuse.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Limits are soft: going over a limit never stops your existing links from redirecting, and we do not charge overages. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Your content

You keep all rights to your links and data. You give us the permission we need to store them, serve redirects and show you analytics.

Availability

We aim for high availability but, during the beta, offer no service level agreement. The service is provided "as is".

Changes and contact

We will announce material changes to these terms in advance. Questions: contact FunnelKit support.
